Multiple Reception points
As of 2.0 Noojee Receptionist now supports multiple reception points. For large organizations with 2, 3, 4 or more receptionist that share the load the receptionist console is able to share calls across all of the receptionists with all receptionists having full visibility.

Part time receptionists
For smaller organizations with part time receptionists the new 'ring on handset mode' allows receptionist to attend to other duties and answer calls directly from the handset. The ring on handset mode will also ring the handset even if the receptionist PC is not running. When combined with Multiple reception points a perfect solution is created for small organizations where several staff share the reception responsibility.

Noojee Receptionist
is a desktop application that runs on Windows, Macintosh and Linux.

Noojee Receptionist provides the ability to dispatch calls to staff and external parties using a built-in phone book or by directly entering the phone number or extension. Dial

When looking up internal extensions the status of each extension is displayed (e.g. Busy, Available, Do not disturb), saving the receptionist time as they no longer have to dial the number to determine if the party is available.

Phone Book

In cases where the extension is busy the receptionist can place the call into a special mode referred to as 'hold and transfer'. If the internal extension becomes available the system will automatically transfer the caller through to the extension.

Noojee Receptionist
comes with its own database for storing phone book entries, or it can be connected to virtually any other database if your company has its own internal directory.
