Noojee Click for AJAX
Noojee Telephony offers Noojee Click as a commercial set of AJAX libraries that allow you to directly integrate Noojee Click into your Web application.
The Noojee Click for AJAX libraries support both Firefox and Internet Explorer.
The are two major components to the Noojee Click for AJAX libraries;
- Click to dial
- Screen Pops
Click to Dial
The click to dial component allows you to add a 'dial' icon to each phone number in your web application. The libraries are also able to display call progress information to provide feed back to the user. A Hangup option is also available to provide 'hands free' operation with respect to the telephone handset.
Screen Pops
Noojee Answer Bar provides a simple means to add screen pops to your CRM system. Noojee Answer Bar is an optional component of the Noojee Click AJAX libraries. Noojee Answer is designed to be inserted into the footer of your Web application. By default the Answer bar is hidden until a call arrives. The Answer Bar is then automatically displayed along with summary information about the caller. The user can then answer the call and screen pop a dynamically defined URL to view the full caller details within your own Web application.

Figure 1: The Noojee Answer Bar in the footer of a SugarCRM accounts page. The incoming call is from 'Acme Insurance' whose account is currently on hold. When the user clicked the 'Answer' button the call was answered and Acme's account details have been displayed from SugarCRM.
The Noojee Click AJAX libraries have been successfully integrated into a number of different Web applications including the likes of SugarCRM.
