The Serviced Office Package is a tailored version of Asterisk which has been specifically customized and tested to meet the requirements of a serviced office environment.

The Serviced Office Package includes the following components

• Voice mail for all users

• 10 conference call rooms

• Caller ID displayed on all handsets

• Group ring

• Music on hold with in built music (NO external CD/radio required).

• Blind and attended transfers

• Call forwarding

• Do not disturb

• IVR menus (basic configuration)

• Out of Hours messages

• Support for up to 10 serviced companies with identical configuration
  

• 1 Ring Group for each serviced company

• Direct In Dial for each serviced company (subject to number availability)
  

• 1 Level Custom IVR for each company

• Option to support central receptionist.

  • For inbound calls the serviced companies name is displayed to the receptionist

  • PC based receptionist console or traditional phone with receptionist's button bank.

  • PC based receptionist console includes integrated phone book for fast forwarding of calls.

Note: any voice recordings required for IVR setup will be done by one of our in house personnel. If desired a professional voice recording artist can be used. Price on application.

Configuration of the IVR includes directing calls to any of the defined extensions or ring groups.
