Q. What type of numbers do you cleanse?
A. Land lines, Mobiles, 1300, 13, 1800. We DO NOT accept 19XX numbers.

Q. Can you test fax numbers?

Q. Can you test business and residential numbers?

A. Yes. However; Noojee's service has no way of identifying whether the service is a business or residential number.

Q. How do I upload leads

Q. How do I purchase a subscription?

Q. How long will it take to cleanse my leads?
A. That depends on the quantity and type of phone numbers as well as the number of other jobs the system is running. Generally a batch of 10,000 leads will be completed on the same day providing that they are submitted before 11:00am.

Q. Is there a maximum limit on the number of leads I submit?
A. No. The service will process lead until you run out of credit. It will then notify you that your credit has been depleted. Once you have topped up your subscription account the service we re-commence processing your leads.

Q. Is there a minimum number of leads that I can submit?
A. No. You can submit a batch with a single lead if you wish.

Q. What format to I submit the leads in?
A. The system requires that you upload the leads as a CSV file. The first row must be a heading row with the first column labeled 'phone'. The first column must contain 10 digit phone numbers. Each row may contain any number of columns. The additional columns will be ignored.

Q. How do you protect the privacy of my leads?
A. Your lead information will not be shared with anyone else and will only be used for the purposes of cleansing leads.

Q. Do I need to wash my leads through the DNC before submitting leads to the call cleansing service?
A. No. Noojee has consulted with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) who is responsible for the administration of the Do Not Call Registry Legislation. ACMA have confirmed in writing that the process of cleansing leads is not a telemarketing action and therefore leads do not need to be washed before being submitted to the Lead Cleansing service.

Q. Does the Lead Cleansing service also wash the leads through the DNC service?
A. No. If your leads fall under then DNC legislation that you are responsible for submitting them to the DNC registry for washing.

Q. What countries of origin can you cleans numbers for?
A. We only accept Australian phone numbers. All numbers must be 10 digits long e.g. 03 8320 8100.

Q. Is Noojee's Lead Cleansing service legal?

A. Yes. Noojee has sort and received in writing confirmation from ACMA that Noojee's Lead Cleansing services is legal under the DNCR legislation. ACMA is the government authority responsible for administering the DNCR legislation.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Direct Deposit, Cheque, Credit Card or Paypal. Note: a 1.9% surcharge is levied for Credit card and 2.4% for Paypal payments.
