In order to remove disconnected numbers from you list of leads you need to pre-purchase 'cleansing units'. The quantity of cleansing units consumed by each phone number that we test, depends on the phone number type (e.g. land line, mobile, 1300 etc).
The cost for cleansing a land lines in small batches is 1.9c +GST per phone number, reducing down to 0.9c for large batches of 2,000,000 numbers.
Purchased cleansing units are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Subscribers may top up their subscription account at any point in time. Subscriptions are on a prepaid basis. A subscriber purchases a subscription level which includes a defined quantity of units. A subscriber may then submit phone numbers for cleansing.

Note: Certain phone numbers are excluded from the cleansing service (e.g. 19XX).
NTS may vary the quantity of units consumed from time to time. Any variation will only apply to new subscriptions, existing subscriptions will be processed at the old rate until exhausted or expired. NTS may at its sole discretion choose to refund any unused and unexpired subscription at the point in time a change in unit consumption or rates occurs.

Subscriptions are non-refundable except under the circumstances laid out in the Lead Cleansing Terms and Conditions. The cost of cleansing units may vary from time to time. Noojee Telephony Solutions (NTS) will notify the subscriber at the point of purchase of the current unit prices if they vary from the currently published rates.
