Start small and grow
You can start with a simple single office system and then expand as your business grows. Noojee PBX provides the ability create a 'network' of inter-connected PBXs, offers High Availability and can be supported with a defined Service Level Agreement.
VoIP and Traditional Telephone lines
Noojee PBX is a 'hybrid' telephone system, in that it connects equally well to traditional telephone lines (PSTN/Analog/ISDN) and VoIP. Noojee PBX gives you the best of both the old and the new, by connecting directly to your existing telephone lines whilst being fully VoIP enabled. The two technologies can be combined seamlessly to deliver the stability of traditional telephony and the costs savings of the new generation of VoIP.

Multi-site Offices
A Noojee PBX is ideal for organisations that have multiple offices. As a Noojee PBX is able to operate natively over an IP network, you can easily connect one or more Noojee PBXs using your existing WAN, Private IP network or even the Internet.
Significant cost savings can be achieved by routing all inter-office calls over the corporate network.
When using a Noojee PBX across multiple sites all staff can be dialed using a three or four digit extension.
Satellite/Remote Offices
Noojee PBX also offers a solution for remote or satellite offices. With a Noojee PBX there is no need to place a PBX at each site. Instead each site can be connected back to a central PBX whilst being able to retain their local number and still make calls even if the link to the central PBX fails.
Home Based Workers
With the right Internet connection and a VPN, home based workers can connect directly to your Noojee PBX and appear as just another extension on the Phone system.
Road Warriors
If you have sales reps on the road, they can connect to the office right from their laptop using a 'Soft Phone' (similar to Skype). With a reliable broadband connection and VPN software they can then make and take calls as if they where sitting in the office.
High Availability
For organisations that have mission critical telephony requirements Noojee Telephony Solutions offers a High Availability option which is based on a mirror pair if Noojee PBX operating in a active/passive mode. Failover typically takes less than 30 seconds.
A Noojee PBX High Availability pair can also be combined with multiple trunks such as an ISDN and VoIP trunk to provide additional levels of redundancy.
Noojee also offers Services Level Agreements which can provide 24 x 7 support with 30 minute response times for critical systems.
