Reduced call handling times  Noojee Receptionist is optimised to minimize the time it takes to answer and dispatch a call. It takes just six (6) keystrokes or four (4) clicks to answer and transfer a call. During those six keystrokes the receptionist will see who is calling and be able to confirm that they are transferring the call to the correct staff member via the built-in phone book. All this can be done without touching the mouse or the telephone.
Reduced wait times  Faster dispatch of calls means less wait time for callers sitting on hold. On screen timers for every call also remind the receptionist if calls have been on hold or ringing for too long.
Ability to prioritise calls by knowing who is calling and why  Where caller id is available, Noojee Receptionist searches and displays the callers details from its built-in phone book. The Receptionist can then answer priority callers first.
