Noojee Voice Signature (NVS) is an on-site solution designed to add a Voice (Signature) recording facility to your existing Telephone System.
NVS can be permanently enable to record all calls or activated whilst on an inbound or outbound call by dialing the activation code from your existing telephone's handset.
Voice (Signature) recordings are stored securely (encrypted) on the NVS appliance andauthorised staff can access the recordings via a simple web interface. All access to recordings are audited to guard against inappropriate access. An NVS appliance is capable of storing 500,000 minutes of voice recordings.
