Please note that the first support call will incur a minimum 1 hour charge.

Time spent establishing remote access is chargeable so please ensure that you supply the correct network details.

Support Hours

For Pay as You go customers support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST on Business Days. Extended hours support is only available under a Service Level Agreement Plan.

Remote Support

Done on a best effort basis. Most work will be done within 1-3 days of lodgement. Cases can be lodged by either phone, email or our customer portal.

Priority SD

If the job is urgent you can lodge a Priority SD support request. All priority support requests MUST be lodged by calling 1300 629 329.

Cases lodged before 11:30am will be commenced on the same day. Cases lodged after 11:30 am will be commenced by 11:30am the next day.

Please note that Priority 4H cases and clients with a maintenance contract are given priority over Priority SD support requests.

Priority SD cases which are not commenced within the defined SLA will be charged at standard rates. Note: we cannot guarantee that the work will be completed within the defined SLA nor that a resolution will be possible. The charges still apply in either case.

Priority 4H

Cases will be commenced within 4 Business Hours of the work being lodged. Target response time is 45minutes.

If the case is not completed within normal business hours and an engineer is available, you may elect to have work continue during the defined After Hours period at the standard After Hours rate.

Please note that clients with a maintenance contract are given priority over Priority 4H support requests.

Priority 4H cases which are not commenced with in the defined time will be charged at the Priority SD rate. Note: we cannot guarantee that the work will be completed within the defined SLA nor that a resolution will be possible. The charges still apply in either case.

Pre-Planed Shoulder Hours

Pre-planned Shoulder hours support must be booked at least five (5) business days in advance. Support will only be provided when an engineer is available. Shoulder Hours support is only available to Pay As You Go customers between 5:00pm and 8:00pm EST.

On Site Asterisk Support

On Site Support is billed in 30 minute periods or part thereof. A minimum of two hours will be charged for all On Site Support. Travel time of up to 45 minutes each way is included in the Call out Fee. Additional travel time will be charged for at the standard rate.

The following rates are applied to on site support.
